➡️ Ingredients  
  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 packet of lemon juice clight powder (who does not find it healthy does not need to inform me, just do not do it okay?).
  • Shredded coconut to wrap the truffles.

Instruction:
  1. Put the cream cheese in the microwave for a few seconds until it turns creamy. 
  2. Mix a clight packet in the cream cheese until the mixture is homogeneous.
  3. Leave in the freezer for 45 min.
  4. Remove from the freezer, make balls with your hands and wrap in the grated coconut.

➡️ Ingredients for passion fruit truffle: 

250g cream cheese
1 package and half of passion fruit clight
200g unsweetened chocolate
Instruction:
  1. Put the cream cheese in the microwave for a few seconds until it turns creamy.
  2.  Mix one packet and half of passionfruit clight in the cream cheese. (I used a package and half because I like the truffle more sour.
  3.  Whoever wants to use only 1 package).
  4. Leave in the freezer for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove from the freezer, make balls with your hands and take to the freezer again for 1 hour.
  6. Grease the container that goes to the freezer to avoid sticking.
  7. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave. (it has to give the thermal shock). 
  8. I melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and the third third of the chocolate, and when it is melted, I put the other 1/3 and mix until it is homogeneous.
  9. Remove the balls from the freezer and cover with the chocolate. Enjoy!
