Keto Bomb Lemon truffle with coco low carb, Passionfruit with chocolate LowCarb
➡️ Ingredients
- 250 grams of cream cheese
- 1 packet of lemon juice clight powder (who does not find it healthy does not need to inform me, just do not do it okay?).
- Shredded coconut to wrap the truffles.
Instruction:
- Put the cream cheese in the microwave for a few seconds until it turns creamy.
- Mix a clight packet in the cream cheese until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Leave in the freezer for 45 min.
- Remove from the freezer, make balls with your hands and wrap in the grated coconut.

➡️ Ingredients for passion fruit truffle:

200g unsweetened chocolate

- Mix one packet and half of passionfruit clight in the cream cheese. (I used a package and half because I like the truffle more sour.
- Whoever wants to use only 1 package).
- Leave in the freezer for 45 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer, make balls with your hands and take to the freezer again for 1 hour.
- Grease the container that goes to the freezer to avoid sticking.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave. (it has to give the thermal shock).
- I melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and the third third of the chocolate, and when it is melted, I put the other 1/3 and mix until it is homogeneous.
- Remove the balls from the freezer and cover with the chocolate. Enjoy!
