Ingredients:


  • 1/2  wrap
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 8-12 pepperonis
  • 2 tbsp butter (or coconut oil)
  • Salt & seasonings of preference
  • Marinara for dipping 


You can also add other pizza toppings, I just try to avoid the sauce because in my opinion, it turns out way better if you just dip in pizza sauce rather than cook the flatbread with it.

1. Melt half of the butter and coat the outside of the wrap with it + the seasonings. 
2. Add the mozzarella and pepperonis to the inside of the wrap. I usually do 1 layer with half of the mozzarella, add the pepperonis, then add the rest of the mozzarella. Fold in half like a flatbread.
3. Fry on medium-high heat in the rest of the butter for like 2-3 minutes on each side or until it browns to your preference. Cut into 8-12 bite-sized pieces with pizza cutter and enjoy!!

Macros for entire recipe. (marinara not included because everyone’s dipping preferences will vary)

Notes:
 it’s super important that you salt and season the outside of the wrap, this gives it a lot of flavor!! I used like 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, and a few dashes of red pepper.
