Keto Lemon ricotta cheesecake bar ingredients
- * 2 eggs
- * 15 oz ricotta
- * 1 oz cream cheese
- * 1/2 cup coconut flour
- * 1/2 cup erythritol or other sweetener
- * Lemon zest
- * 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- * 1Tbs fresh lemon juice
- * 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions: Keto Lemon ricotta cheesecake bar
- Watch the step by step video for guidance.- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Mixed all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Whisk the eggs in separate bowl
- Combine ricotta and cream cheese, vanilla and the lemon zest together
- Add the eggs and dry ingredients to cheese mixture whisk together.
- Add lemon juice to the mixture combine with spatula.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish (use parchment paper on the bottom)
- Put the ricotta cake in water bath and the bake for 45 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.
Store in a refrigerator.
