This is one of my favorite keto side dishes.
Also, it has bacon and cheese so! (It can also be done with cauliflower or both mixed).

Broccoli Salad keto side Dishes
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀
- 2 broccoli heads
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Erythritol
- A “splash” of Vinegar Oil from
- Apple (ACV)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1lb bacon crushed
- 1 cup striped cheddar
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿uctions:
- Chop the broccoli and cook them (I steam it)
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients by reserving a little bacon
- Mix everything with broccoli
- Put the remaining bacon on top
- I sprinkle it with a little ’of Parmesan because why not
- Cool for a while in the fridge
