White Chicken Lasagna
I used wraps instead of lasagna noodles! I used three wraps and cut each one to fit my pan(getting six wraps).

Keto White Chicken Lasagna
Ingredients
Bechamel sauce:- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper
Melt butter in a pot, add almond flour and create a roux. Add heavy cream and salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and let thicken up slightly.
Chicken mixture:
- 1 chicken breast shredded
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- Salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder
Mix and combine all ingredients
Instructions
Lasagna layers(I had enough for 5 layers):
- •cut da carb wrap
- •chicken ricotta mixture
- •mozzarella cheese
- •a little bechamel sauce
Top with the rest of the bechamel sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and parsley flakes!
Bake at 425F until nice and bubbly.
