INGREDIENTS:



  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • ¼ cup of chia seeds
  • ½ tablespoon of matcha powder
  • Monkfruit or Stevia to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut grated without sugar
  • fist of mixed berries


INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the almond milk, the chia seeds and the matcha powder until there are no lumps. Add Monkfruit or Stevia to taste

Cover the container or transfer the chia pudding to an airtight container and allow the chia seeds to expand overnight.

Top with unsweetened coconut flakes and mixed berries just before serving.
