Fathead Keto Pizza Dough

 INGREDIENTS For the dough:
(get creative and use the dough for other ideas)


  • 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella 
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 tsp Baking Powder 
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Preheat oven to 415
2: Put the mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds, mix and repeat 1-2 times until it’s melted.
3: Add in the rest of the ingredients and knead until you form a well-blended dough. If it’s too sticky wet your hands with some water and create a dough ball.
4: Place on parchment paper and flatten to the shape of a flatbread. Use your fingertips:) it’s fun! 
5: Use a fork to puncture holes in the dough.
6: Bake in the oven for 12-15 min. (Till brown)

Top with whatever topping you wish.
