Cauli Tots Keto Recipes


Cauli tots. These are really good with sugar-free ketchup but I still feel like they could be better lol. Anyone have any tips to make them crispier?


I’ve literally been wanting to make a recipe for these since last summer and just kept putting it off.

Keto Recipes Cauli Tots 

Macros for 6 Cauli Tots. 
Recipe makes 24 total. 

  • Cals: 226
  • Fat: 18g
  • Protein: 13g
  • Net carbs: 3g
  • Fiber: 5g

Ingredients:


  • 10 oz cauliflower rice (or 10 oz cauliflower florets put through a food processor)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 2 tbsp butter




Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Thaw cauliflower rice if yours is frozen. 
3. Mix all ingredients except butter. Melt butter in bowl, shape the mix into 1 TBSP tater tot-sized pieces, coat in butter, add to parchment-lined baking sheet. 
4. Bake for 15 minutes. Take out, flip, bake 10-15 more minutes / until crispy.
