Cauli tots. These are really good with sugar-free ketchup but I still feel like they could be better lol. Anyone have any tips to make them crispier?

Macros for 6 Cauli Tots.Recipe makes 24 total.

Ingredients:
- 10 oz cauliflower rice (or 10 oz cauliflower florets put through a food processor)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Thaw cauliflower rice if yours is frozen.
3. Mix all ingredients except butter. Melt butter in bowl, shape the mix into 1 TBSP tater tot-sized pieces, coat in butter, add to parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake for 15 minutes. Take out, flip, bake 10-15 more minutes / until crispy.
