Loaded radishes recipe, this was my first time trying radishes and the texture is super similar to potatoes, I will be eating these all the time now.

Keto Loaded Radishes Recipe

  • Calories: 642
  • Fat: 50g
  • Protein: 43g
  • Net carbs: 5g
  • Total carbs: 7g
  • Fiber: 2g

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1 cup sliced radishes 
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream 
  • 2 Slices of bacon (or 1/4 cup bacon crumbs).


Instructions:

1. Cook ground beef & cook bacon. 
2. Fry radishes on medium-high heat in oil of your choice until they brown to your preference. (I fried mine in leftover fat from the beef and bacon) 
3. Combine all ingredients and enjoy.
