Recipe for the crust:
Ingredients:


  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella 
  • 8 oz ground chicken 
  • Seasonings:
  • 1/8 tsp Red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp oregano 
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt.



Instructions:


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2.  Mix all ingredients. 
  3. Shape into a 1/2 inch thick pizza crust on parchment lined baking sheet. 
  4. Bake for 17 minutes. 
  5. Take out, add toppings, put back in for 10 more minutes, Let cool and enjoy!

For the toppings, I used shredded mozzarella, shredded Colby jack, pepperonis, & sausage.
 I dipped in marinara because I forgot to add it to the pizza
