Chicken Crust Pizza - Keto Pizza
Recipe for the crust:Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 8 oz ground chicken
- Seasonings:
- 1/8 tsp Red pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Shape into a 1/2 inch thick pizza crust on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 17 minutes.
- Take out, add toppings, put back in for 10 more minutes, Let cool and enjoy!

For the toppings, I used shredded mozzarella, shredded Colby jack, pepperonis, & sausage.
