Keto Meatball Pizza Sticks
Ingredients:- 3/4 cutdacarb wrap
- 3/4 cup shredded mozarella
- 8 pepperonis
- 8 meatballs
- 2 tbsp butter/oil
- Optional:
- Marinara for dipping
Instructions:
1. Cook the meatballs and cut in half.
2. Add ingredients to the wrap (swipe left on picture to see steps for how I added them)
3. Fold wrap, add to pan with oil on medium heat, season & salt the side facing up.
4. Cook until Cheese melts, flip over, season, cook for 1-3 minutes... flip again & switch heat to medium-high if you want to make it extra crispy.
5. Use pizza cutter to slice into 4-6 pieces, enjoy!
Do NOT try flipping wrap until the cheese is melted or the insides will start falling out.
Macros; Serving size is half of the recipe. Recipe makes 2 servings!

I used store-bought meatballs which have 4 net carbs per serving, so if you make your own, it will save you some carbs! Also, the mozzarella I used has 1 net carb per serving, different brands will vary.
