Bomb Keto Chicken Nuggets
- 1 Lb Ground Chicken
- Tsp Onion Powder
- Tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Egg
- Splash of Heavy Cream
- ¾ Cup Almond Flour
- Sprinkle of: Paprika, Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix chicken, onion powder & garlic salt in a bowl
2. Shape into nuggets and place on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper
3. Place cookie sheet in freezer for an hour (till frozen-ish)
4. Whisk up egg and heavy cream in a bowl, add almond flour & seasoning to a shallow container
5. Dip nuggets in egg and then coat in the almond flour mix (watch highlighted story)
6. Fry up for 2 min on each side (I used olive oil)
7. Dip in your favorite keto sauce! We went with BBQ Sauce!
