Ingredients:
1 cup mozzarella
1 egg 6 meatballs
1/2 cup marinara sauce Seasonings of preference.
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix mozarella and egg. Spread on parchment lined baking sheet in a 8x4 inch rectangle. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flip over and bake for 5-7 more minutes. Take out and let cool. 2. Heat up meatballs & marinara separately, add to bun, cut in half length wise & enjoy! Macros: Recipe makes 2 servings. Calories: 350 Fat: 26g Protein: 24g Net carbs: 5g Fiber: 1.5g I don’t have a recipe for the meatballs or marinara, I just got the ones with the lowest net carbs at Walmart! .
