Lemon Berry Cheesecake Keto Fat Bombs
Macros for 1 fat bomb: (Berries not included)
Recipe makes 6 servings.- Cals: 135
- Fat: 14g
- Protein: 1.6g
- Net carbs: 0.7g
- Fiber: 0g
Ingredients:
- 5 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3-4 tbsp powder erythritol
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional:
- 2 tbsp blueberries
Instructions:
1. Soften cream cheese & then mix all ingredients except blueberries.
2. Add mix to 6 non-stick baking cups, each one should be slightly more than 1 tbsp.
3. Add blueberries. Add to freezer for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy!
By the way; I only added blueberries to half of them lol. They were good af both ways though! Also; I used the 1/3 less fat cream cheese, so if you’re using regular, the macros will be slightly higher in fat and calories. & They get pretty solid after a while in the freezer, so I let them sit out for like 5-10 mins before eating!One last thing.. they won’t be yellow like mine, I used food coloring just so the picture would look good
